Decyl Glucoside
Decyl Glucoside is a premium surfactant derived from natural and
renewable resources, with excellent foaming qualities.
Use in formulating all types of high-quality and top-performing soaps, shampoos, body washes and detergent items.
Lathers easily and retains moisture in skin, even when used repeatedly.
Can be used as primary, secondary or co-surfactant.
Applications include:
shampoos (anti-dandruff, conditioners, frequent use…)
straightening products (compatible with sodium / potassium hydroxides)
permanent wave products (compatible with fixers and reducers)
dermatological liquid soaps, sensitive skin cleansers, shaving foams, sower gels and bubble baths, wipes, bath oils and more.
Recommended usage rate 5-40%
Appearance: Opaque – pale to light yellow
Decyl Glucoside is made from fatty alcohols from coconut oil and/or RSPO palm kernel oil, and glucose, which is derived from corn.
